My association with Fishtail started since the last 5 years ago as a domestic and international flight ticketing manager. Here I learnt to handle tough situations in a professional way. Also, I had developed a personal relationship with various operators and clients towards achieving the company’s goal and lead company towards success.

My motivation to join the Fishtail group as a ticketing officer comes from my strong interest in the travel industry, my enthusiasm for assisting clients with their journey, and the opportunity to advance my career with a reputable organization.

Working as an operations manager at Fishtail Group enhances my leadership qualities, motivating my employees, and assisting them whenever they need additional support. The cooperation with the board of directors, their reward policy, and strong departmental cohesion inspired me the most to work here every day. These factors make me proud to contribute daily.
