HOLY MT KAILASH HELI TOUR VIA LHASA/ALI/ LHASA BY FLIGHT- VVIP YATRA

Tour Details

Mt. Kailash Yatra via Lhasa with Lhasa–Ali–Lhasa Domestic Flight (Special VIP Program)

The Mt. Kailash Yatra via Lhasa with Lhasa–Ali–Lhasa domestic flight is a specially designed pilgrimage package ideal for devotees who wish to avoid long overland travel. This premium, time-saving program begins in Kathmandu, where pilgrims offer homage at the sacred Pashupatinath Temple before flying to Lhasa, Tibet. After reaching Lhasa, you will spend two days sightseeing and acclimatizing at an altitude of 3,700 meters. This gradual adjustment ensures a smoother and more comfortable journey ahead. From Lhasa, you will take a domestic flight to Ali or Taklakot, significantly reducing travel hours compared to traditional routes.

Upon arrival at Ali/Taklakot, pilgrims are driven to the holy Mansarovar Lake, where they perform Puja, rituals, and the Mansarovar Parikrama. The journey then continues to Darchen, the base camp of Mount Kailash, offering comfortable accommodation for all travelers. The Mount Kailash Parikrama will be arranged according to the interests and physical readiness of the pilgrims.

After completing the Kailash Parikrama and other spiritual activities around Darchen and the Mount Kailash region, you will be transferred back to Ali/Taklakot Airport for a return flight to Lhasa, followed by your onward journey or a flight back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, our team will receive you at the airport and escort you to your hotel. Your Yatra concludes with holy water offerings at Pashupatinath Temple and a farewell dinner before you are transferred to the international airport for your onward flight.

Kailashtreks.com warmly invites you to join this exclusive and comfortable pilgrimage package during your next journey to the divine abode of Lord Shiva.

Holy Mt. Kailash Heli Tour via Lucknow / Nepalgunj – Spiritual Introduction

Holy Mt. Kailash and Mansarovar Lake, revered as the center of creation and the Universe, hold a divine legacy as ancient as existence itself. For thousands of years, sages, saints, philosophers, and even celestial beings have immersed themselves in the blissful trance awakened by the sight of this sacred mountain. Known by many names—Meru, Sumeru, Sushumna, Hemadri (Golden Mountain), Ratnasanu (Jewel Peak), Karnikachala (Lotus Mountain), Amaradri, Deva Parvatha (Summit of Gods), Ganaparvatha, and Ajatadri (Silver Mountain)—Mt. Kailash is revered as Swayambhu, the self-created cosmic pillar from which all creation emerges and ultimately returns.

Recognized as the divine abode of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, Mt. Kailash symbolizes the eternal union of Purusha and Prakriti — Shiva and Shakti. Its radiant silver peak represents the throne of Truth, Wisdom, and Bliss (Sachidanandam). The primordial sound AUM (Nadabindu)—born from the cosmic dance of creation—shaped the universe, while the vibrations from Lord Shiva’s celestial footsteps gave rise to the essence of Atman, the supreme truth.

According to ancient scriptures, one who takes a holy dip in Mansarovar Lake and performs the Kailash Parikrama is liberated from all past sins and karmic cycles. Such a soul attains spiritual purification, freedom from rebirth, and unification with the Supreme—becoming one with Shiva.

A Sacred Pilgrimage for Multiple Religions

While Mt. Kailash is one of Hinduism’s most important spiritual destinations, it is equally significant for Buddhists, Jains, and Sikhs.

For Buddhists
  • Buddhists revere Mt. Kailash as Kang Rinpoche and Mansarovar as Tso Mapham.
  • They worship Demchok (Chakrasamvara), believed to reside atop the mountain.
  • Guru Rinpoche Padmasambhava and Milarepa are deeply associated with this region.
  • Sites such as Dolma La Pass (Devi) and Gauri Kund (Thuki Zingbu) hold immense spiritual value.
  • Buddhist pilgrims believe that a journey here leads to Nirvana (liberation).
For Jains
  • Jains identify Kailash as Astapada.
  • It is believed that Adinath Rishabhdeva, the first Tirthankara, attained Nirvana here.
For Sikhs
  • Some accounts mention that Guru Nanak meditated in this region.
  • A monastery across the Chu River houses a peaceful marble statue believed to represent him.

A Destination of Universal Spiritual Energy

The Kailash–Mansarovar region radiates an indescribable spiritual energy that even non-believers can feel. Its solitude, purity, and cosmic vibrations create a profound inner awakening. Traditionally, it is believed that only those spiritually destined or "ordained" by divine will can complete this sacred pilgrimage.
