Tragically, the devastating Bhotekoshi floods took six precious lives from our Fishtail family while they were on their way to the sacred pilgrimage. Their sudden and heartbreaking departure has left an irreplaceable void in our hearts and, most importantly, in the lives of the families they have left behind.

Remembering Our Six Beloved Crew Members

We pay our heartfelt tribute to the six members of our Fishtail family whose lives were tragically lost in this devastating disaster.

Gelu Sherpa — An experienced Tour and Trekking Guide who dedicated 23 years of service to Fishtail Tours and Travels, with more than 15 years of experience in Kailash Mansarovar Yatra.
Phurba Sherpa— An Assistant Tour and Trekking Guide who followed in his father's footsteps, with more than three years of experience in Kailash Mansarovar Yatra.
Pemba Sherpa — A dedicated Event Cook and Assistant Guide with more than five years of experience in Kailash Mansarovar Yatra.
Sang Bahadur Tamang— An Assistant Tour and Trekking Guide with more than five years of experience in Kailash Mansarovar Yatra.
Ram Kaji Tamang — An Assistant Tour and Trekking Guide with more than five years of experience in Kailash Mansarovar Yatra.
Narayani Parajuli— A valued member of our Fishtail family who served as an Outbound Sales Officer and was promoted to Operation Head.

Each of them was more than a colleague or a crew member. They were beloved family members, dedicated professionals, and individuals whose lives touched the people around them.
